Where I’ve been in Europe

This is a list by country not city.  The reason for this is there are just too many cities I’ve been to in some countries and to list them all out would take forever.  So to keep it brief I’ve decided to condense it by country.

Europe includes 51 independent states. Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey are the transcontinental countries, partially located in both Europe and Asia. Armenia and Cyprus politically are considered European countries, though geographically they are located in the West Asia territory.

Europe’s largest country is Russia (37% of total continent area) and the smallest one is Vatican City, which occupies only a small area in the center of Rome.  I have been to 39 of them to date -12 to go!

Albania Andorra Armenia Austria
Azerbaijan Belarus Belgium Bosnia & Herzegovina
Bulgaria Croatia Cyprus Czech Republic
Denmark Estonia Finland France
Georgia Germany Greece Hungary
Iceland Ireland Italy Kazakhstan
Kosovo Latvia Liechtenstein Lithuania
Luxembourg Macedonia Malta Moldova
Monaco Montenegro Netherlands Norway
Poland Portugal Romania Russia
San Marino Serbia Slovakia Slovenia
Spain Sweden Switzerland Turkey
Ukraine United Kingdom, which includes: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland Vatican City
